Full Down Draft Automotive Spray Booth
Our Standard Automotive Spray Booth is engineered around a Full Downdraft airflow design, drawing air directly from the ceiling and exhausting it beneath the vehicle through a floor-integrated filtration system. This vertical airflow ensures maximum contaminant control, delivering a cleaner, more consistent finish across every surface of the vehicle.
Ideal for panel shops and refinishing centres that demand precision, this system minimises overspray settlement and enhances coating uniformity. The full downdraft booth includes a steel basement, heated airflow cycle, and powerful LED lighting — all wrapped in a highly durable, modular structure.
With its pit-integrated design and high-volume airflow, this booth represents the gold standard in professional spray environments.

- Wallboard: Sandwich-style EPS (expanded polystyrene) 50mm panels. Steel skin boards (0.426mm thick) with galvanised roof panel.
- Basement: Full steel floor grid and square steel pipe construction. Integrated floor filtration with drive-up ramps for complete downdraft airflow.
- Doors: 3-piece front entry doors with 0.8mm thick colour steel skin. Viewing windows in aluminium frames. Emergency side door included.
- Air Circulation: 2 x 4kW ceiling-mounted intake fans and 1 x 5.5kW downdraft exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N damper system.
- Heating: Riello G20 diesel burner (Italy). Output: 200,000 Kcal/h. Reaches 60°C in under 7 minutes.
- Heat Exchanger: Stainless steel construction with 85% heat efficiency.
- Lighting: 32 x 24W ceiling-mounted LED lamps + 16 x 24W side LEDs. High-output, daylight-balanced.
- Air Purification: Dual-stage filter setup. Ceiling filter captures ≥5μm particles. Primary intake filter captures ≥10μm.
- Pollution Control: Multi-layered fibreglass filtration system.
