Our Standard Bus & Truck Spray Booth follows the Semi Down Draft air flow configuration, adapted for large-format commercial vehicles, long-wheelbase trucks, and fleet service workshops.
With direct front-to-rear airflow, dual diesel heating systems, reinforced wall structures, and oversized door panels, this booth is designed to handle oversized assets with consistent, professional-grade finishes.

Whether you’re respraying coaches, priming trailers, or refinishing heavy machinery, this booth delivers high-volume airflow, uniform lighting, and industrial-grade heat cycling, all without the need for floor pits or structural excavation.

• Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (expanded polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Steel skin boards with 0.476mm thickness. Galvanised steel roof panel.
• Door: 4 pcs of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 4800(h). 2 pc of emergency door. 
• Air Intake System (2sets): Each set consists of 2×5.5kW intake fan. Total 4 units of 5.5kW intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
• Air Exhaust System (2set): Each set consists of 1×7.5kW exhaust fan. Total 2 units of 7.5kW exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
• Heating System (2set): Each set consists of 1 units Italy Riello G20 diesel burner 200000Kcal/h. Total 2 units of burners,400000Kcal/h. The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
• Lighting System: Ceiling light has 16 units x 4pcs of 24W lamps. Sidelight has 18 units x 4pcs of 24W lamps. Total 136 pcs of 24W lamps.
• Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment reaches 98%.
• Pollution Control System: Multi-layer fiberglass filter.
