- Wallboard: 50mm EPS-insulated sandwich panels with 0.5mm steel cladding
- Base Structure: Surface-mounted steel flooring system. No pit required.
- Doors: Triple-panel front entry with view windows + emergency exit with aluminium framing
- Air Intake System: 2x 4kW axial fans with front-mounted filter banks
- Exhaust System: 1x 5.5kW rear-mounted extractor fan with multi-stage filters
- Heating Option: Riello G20 diesel burner (200,000 Kcal/h), warm-up in 5–7 minutes
- Lighting: 24x ceiling-mounted 24W LEDs + 12x side LED strips
- Filtration: Primary intake + ceiling filter combo capturing particles ≥5μm
- Air Circulation Rate: 26,000 m³/h at 0.3–0.5 m/s
- Temperature Range: Up to 80°C bake cycle with optional burner
